A course of studying & snoozing for yoga teachers and practitioners, health professionals and those who are looking to improve their relationship with sleep. If you are caring for others who are suffering from sleeplessness and insomnia, this course will facilitate your care for them. Course includes experiential learning, restful stories, yoga nidras, with presentations on scientific perspectives, philosophy and psychology. This course was created by Judy Sampath of Yoga United.
